Clients Overview
Under Settings>Clients, you can manage the clients in your FuelGauge account. You can have unlimited clients with a free trial or a paid account.
The Manage Clients table shows all the clients with their Name, Phone, Email Address, Office Phone, Company, Address, City, State, Zip, and Notes fields, as well as available Actions (Edit and Delete). The table defaults to show 25 clients, but if you have more, you can select a greater amount to display on the Show {25} Entries dropdown in the top left corner. Instead, you may also to click through pages of clients which are accessible at the bottom right corner of the table.
Adding Clients
In the top right corner you can use the +Add Client button to add a client to your account, which can then be used for assigning projects.
Enter in the Client Name. This is the only required field for clients. The Client Name will display in the Client dropdown field when you add a project.
The following fields are optional, but are there if you would like to store important contact information for your clients: Phone Number, Email Address, Office Phone, Company Name (if your client is an individual, but is associated with a Company), Address, City, State, ZIP, and Notes.
Once you’ve entered all the information in you wish to, you can hit Save.
Once a client is saved, you can Edit or Delete a client at any time, by clicking the corresponding button in the Actions column.
